FIELDS OF APPLICATION

PANTARHIT® SOIL-FLUID 100 is a plasticizing additive for the production of cement/ bentonite suspensions in the construction industry.

The liquid additive is especially suitable for producing advanced annulus grout for filling the annular gap emerging between tubbing segments in tunneland underground constructions.

PANTARHIT® SOIL-FLUID 100 allows creating a good plasticity of grout in order to achieve ideal workability and pumpability conditions.

Moreover the additive attains high stability of the building material and reduces the loss of filtrate water significantly.

WORKING PRINCIPLE

PANTARHIT® SOIL-FLUID 100 is a high-quality liquid additive. A sufficient and entire wetting of bentonite and cement particles in suspensions and construction materials are achieved even at low energy intakes.

PANTARHIT® SOIL-FLUID 100 has slight retarding effects which prolongs the workability time and facilitates the pumpability of annulus grouts.

DOSAGE | APPLICATION QUANTITY

Recommended dosage range 0.2 – 2.7 mass-% of the cement content.
